I hope you are all set for a great night on Friday.

Few FAQs that have come my way:

  1. How many are going?

There will be 40 of us scheduled to be there. There will be a last minute drop out for sure, dog/child/cat spewed on a dress, or a cold realisation that free booze, Friday 13th and post election blues/elation are just too lethal a combo to risk.

2) Can I sit next to xxx….?

I have asked about seating arrangements (ie are there named places) but I haven’t had a call back yet. In summary I think it’s a free for all.

3) I cant remember what i ordered…

There is a list below.

4) What is the dress code?

OK, there’s a bit of an issue here. It turns out we have booked on “members and members family only” night. So you need to follow the strict rules of attire. You also all need to pretend to be related to me. Sorry.

For men the rules are: Tank top, hat, long socks and brogues

5) For women it is long trousers, body warmer and polo shirt (must have a collar) .Gloves optional.

6) Start time?

Arrive for 7pm- 7:30pm sit down.

7) What can I drink?

Whatever you want and can sensibly handle, up until 12 midnight. No shots included. Just don’t blame me when you find yourself dancing on the table and then struggling on Saturday AM.
